1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through HappyHorse AI, including subscription plans and one-time credit packs.
2. Subscription Refunds
- Monthly and yearly subscription plans are eligible for refunds within 3-5 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of Credits have been used.
- Refund requests made after the eligible period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. One-Time Credit Pack Refunds
- One-time credit packs (Small Pack, Super Pack, Mega Pack) are eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if no Credits have been used.
- Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refund.
4. Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds are granted for:
- Technical issues preventing normal use of the Service
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions
5. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds are not available for:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or output quality
- User errors (e.g., selecting wrong plan, accidental purchases)
- Excessive credit usage beyond the 10% threshold
- Platform updates or changes to available features or styles
6. Failed Generations
Credits consumed by failed AI generations are automatically refunded to your account. You can view these refunds in your usage history.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
9. Plan Changes
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by contacting support.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
