By accessing or using HappyHorse AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HappyHorse AI provides AI-powered equestrian image and video generation services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Credits and Payment Terms

Our Service uses a credit-based system. Each AI generation consumes Credits based on the tool, model, output type, and number of generations.
Credits for subscription plans reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
One-time credit packs are valid for the duration specified at purchase.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
Circumvent any usage limits or security measures

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HappyHorse AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Content generated by you using our Service: subscription users retain full commercial rights to their generated content. Free users may use generated content commercially only if the source is clearly credited as HappyHorse AI.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHorse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HappyHorse AI operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
